Technical Project Coordinator(AI/ML)

Summary

ParallelDots is hiring an entry-level Technical Project Coordinator to serve as the operational bridge between its data science and customer success teams. The role supports agile ceremonies, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, project administration, documentation, delivery tracking, and cross-functional coordination for machine learning and MLOps projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum updates, manage the team’s JIRA board, and assist in sprint planning and retrospective sessions
• Meet with business teams to document technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the engineering team
• Schedule and moderate calls between engineering, MLOps, and business stakeholders, take follow-ups, and ensure clear communication of project status
• Support project setup, manage documentation, and track delivery timelines to ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate with other departments (Data Science, DevOps, QA) to manage dependencies and remove operational bottlenecks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle (training to deployment) and basic MLOps concepts
• Hands-on experience or certification in JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional organizational skills, verbal and written communication, and the ability to simplify technical jargon for business users
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CAPM is a plus
