As a Digital & IT Business Analyst Intern, you will work with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvements, and contribute to digital solution development using cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams to elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders
- Research, innovate, and optimize business processes by identifying pain points and proposing effective solutions
- Define user stories and design solution frameworks that address business needs
- Develop applications or automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, UIPath RPA, Azure AI or configure enterprise-standard solutions as per project requirements
- Conduct testing, train super users, and support adoption to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Utilize AI-driven data analysis tools to analyze business data, uncover trends, and support decision-making
- Summarize and present project outcomes and learnings to stakeholders and leadership
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Candidate shall have completed sophomore year (20 credits minimum) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to work in person from June 2025 – August 2025 full-time
- Ability to grasp and quickly learn a new IT technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Curiosity and ability to break down and solve problems through analytical and quantitative skills
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
