Summary
Pragma is building an operating system for game development, marketing, and live operations through products including FirstLook and Pragma Engine. The Business Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with leadership on business operations, finance, reporting, growth initiatives, people operations, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support business operations for FirstLook CRM, creators.gg, player.gg, and Pragma Engine, including people+payroll; processing invoices, billing, and payments; contract admin; procurement, fulfillment and rollouts; sales & marketing support
- Own & optimize workflows as needed
- Interface with the company’s accounting/finance/tax partner to contextualize transactions, ensuring they have documentation for their needs
- Support reporting for leadership, sales, marketing, and finance
- Support Board and meeting preparation
- Contribute to high priority growth initiatives alongside product, sales and marketing
- Own coordination and logistics of cross-team initiatives, events and various other projects
- Assist with the planning & execution of offsites and conferences for Sales/Marketing, Product & Engineering and Company
- Assist with People onboarding and offboarding
- Optimize workflows as needed
Skills
- Up to 3 years of experience is valued, but smarts + drive, hustle, and grind are a must
- If you can demonstrate that as a recent grad with some internship experience then this is a place where you will thrive

- Ownership: forward-thinking, strong attention to detail, and follow through
- Highish GPA
- Extremely comfortable with quantitative reasoning
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- AI-first user and comfort with agentic workflows
- Able to manage and maintain multiple projects and tasks
- Travel a few times a year for company offsites and industry events
- Extreme preference for candidates working on the west coast of the US (company hours are anchored to PST)
- Familiarity with accounting or FP&A a plus
