Job description
Summary
Procare HR provides industry-focused human resources services for care providers, including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support. The Life Enrichment Client Success Manager partners with senior living communities to translate engagement data into actionable recommendations, coach teams, manage client accounts, and support improved occupancy, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate engagement data into concrete, actionable moves for onsite teams
- Spot early warning signs of isolation before they become move-out risk
- Coach teams on making life enrichment visible to families, prospects, and leadership
- Build fee-based programming pipelines sized to real resident interest, not guesswork
- Deliver impact reviews that quantify ROI in the terms leadership cares about
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human resources, therapeutic recreation or adjacent required
- 3+ years in senior living operations or life enrichment
- A knack for reading data and turning it into a plan
- Strong relationship instincts — you build trust fast and keep it
- Excel proficiency and sharp written/verbal communication
