- Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into clear engineering requirements for internal development teams
- Serve as the primary technical interface between North America (NA) customers and Prodrive’s engineering teams in the Netherlands
- Support technical training sessions, product introductions, and technical seminars for customers when required
- Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities and semiconductor fabs when required. This may include travel to locations outside North America (NA), such as Japan, Korea and Taiwan
- Collaborate with customers and Prodrive engineers to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
- Support technical evaluations, requirement analysis, and solution definition during the early phases of customer projects
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, presentations, and technical reports for customer discussions
- Support RFQ activities and the preparation of technical proposals
- Explain and promote the technical differentiators and competitive advantages of Prodrive solutions to customers
- Take technical ownership during customer design-in, evaluation, NPI, and transition to volume production, and coordinate activities between customers and internal project teams
- Share and track customer requirements, technical issues, project schedules, and project risks with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated to and properly implemented by internal development teams
- Lead technical communications between customers and internal project teams and manage follow-up actions
