Summary
PulseSync Pte Ltd is seeking an intern to support project management in IT implementations for clients. The role involves assisting in requirements gathering, functional analysis, user acceptance testing, and drafting project documents.
Responsibilities
- Support project manager in IT implementations for new or existing clients, including requirements gathering, functional analysis, user acceptance testing and training
- Liaise with customers and end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrator, IT Manager, etc.) on change requests and enhancements to current systems
- Assist in drafting project documents such as meeting minutes, statement of work, training manual, user guide, etc
- Support tasks assigned by Project Manager and/or Technical and Managing Directors
- Opportunities to participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots and other trailblazing projects
Skills
- Candidates must be existing undergraduates (from local or overseas Universities or Polytechnics) studying related disciplines (e.g. computer science, computer studies, computer engineering, information systems, information management, system science, etc.)
- Able to commit to 3 months
- Candidates should be versatile and independent in picking up new technology and possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to do flowcharting and business process analysis
- Ability to grasp and understand business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you are expected to liaise/interface with customers/end-users (including doctors, nurses, social workers and healthcare professionals) regularly
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent professional and working attitude
- Able to work and seek information or help independently
