Summary

Qureos is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support its partner, Micro1. The role focuses on designing production-style DevOps tasks, creating reference solutions, evaluating AI-generated output, maintaining quality and reproducibility, and providing structured feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)
  • Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
  • Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning
  • Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility
  • Share structured feedback that improves future task design

Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering
  • Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)
  • Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
  • Advanced Linux and Git
  • Professional English, written and spoken
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week
