Summary
Radiology Partners is a physician-led radiology practice focused on transforming radiology and delivering high-quality healthcare services. The Communications Specialist, Change Management will develop and execute audience-focused communications supporting organizational change, collaborate with leaders and stakeholders, and establish communication processes and workflows across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications that support Radiology Partners’ mission, values, culture, and organizational change initiatives
- Partner with the Change Management team, senior leaders, and stakeholders to develop timely, accurate, and audience-focused communications
- Create, edit, and enhance communications across email, intranet, text, presentations, conference calls, and other channels
- Establish communication processes, templates, guidelines, and workflows that support effective change management communications and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate communication timing and distribution while partnering with Communications, Brand, and Digital teams to execute aligned strategies and tactics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant communications experience
- Demonstrated written, verbal, storytelling, and communication strategy skills with experience developing high-impact communications
- Ability to design and implement communication processes and workflows supporting organizational change initiatives
- Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, digestible communications for diverse audiences
- Experience in a national or international corporate setting preferred
- Change management, healthcare, or technology-focused experience is a plus
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant communications experience
