Summary
Radiology Partners is a physician-led radiology practice serving hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. The Marketing & Communications Specialist develops communication strategies, creates and distributes audience-focused content, translates complex information into accessible messaging, and coordinates communication initiatives to support organizational objectives and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that support organizational objectives, business priorities, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and develop clear, timely, and audience-focused messaging
- Create, edit, and distribute communications across email, intranet, presentations, digital platforms, meetings, and other channels
- Translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content while maintaining a consistent organizational voice and messaging approach
- Coordinate communication initiatives, provide stakeholder guidance, monitor effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; up to 10% travel as needed
Skills
- Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting corporate or professional services communications, organizational change, employee communications, or marketing communications preferred
