Summary
Radiology Partners is seeking a Privileging Coordinator to provide administrative and database support to the Physician Services Team. The role coordinates client portal requests, document submissions, privilege requests, reporting, shared-account communications, and system documentation to support timely hospital privileging workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Portal requests – setting up profile and troubleshooting
- Assist Privileging Specialist/Analyst with document requests – send to client upon request
- Basic understanding of systems (MRPa, Echo, Portal)
- Pulling and providing Reports to clients (QA Data, MRPa Reports, Echo Reports, etc)
- Submit requests to obtain Privileges to hospitals
- Distribute department specific emails and faxes from shared accounts daily
- Upload documentation to system for previously activated and renewed privileges
- Ensure documentation is submitted to hospitals in a timely manner
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year office environment experience with proven ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills - telephone, email and correspondence
- Professional, courteous and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Sedentary*- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time
- Proficient in MS Office; Adobe professional a plus
