Job description

Summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Healthcare Training & Quality Improvement Specialist. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating healthcare training programs, auditing staff performance, and supporting continuous improvement across policies, procedures, and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify operational skill gaps across healthcare and managed care departments
  • Select, design, and implement effective training programs and instructional aids
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness using cost-benefit and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee development progress
  • Audit work performed by staff, presenting audit findings and improvement strategies to management
  • Assist in revising policies, standard operating procedures, and clinical/administrative workflows

Skills

  • Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. * 2+ years of training experience, preferably within a managed care or healthcare environment. * For Quality Improvement Focus: 2+ years of combined clinical and training experience in managed care or healthcare. * Proven capability to analyze workflows, research external training solutions, and present analytical findings to leadership.
