Job description
Summary
Recruiting from Scratch is representing a dynamic company building a modern data platform for alternative investments. The Founding Designer will design intuitive user interfaces, collaborate with a small team to iterate on designs, and conduct user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance design processes and improve user interaction
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product offerings
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and technical feasibility
Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in design
- Experience in the fintech or data-driven sectors
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Must Haves
