Job description
Summary
RefundIQ is focused on helping consumers recover lost money through their AI-powered financial technology. The Product Marketing Manager will lead the development of the refund recovery platform and drive user acquisition and product positioning while optimizing marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of our core refund recovery platform using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Build scalable features for email parsing, credit card integration, and user dashboards
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for email content analysis, refund opportunity detection, and automated communication generation
- Work with large datasets to improve recovery success rates
- Drive user acquisition and product positioning for RefundIQ
- Develop go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns across digital channels, and optimize conversion funnels
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance
- Help users maximize their refund recovery success through the RefundIQ platform
- Analyze user behavior, refund patterns, and platform performance to drive data-informed decisions
- Build predictive models and dashboards to optimize our refund recovery algorithms
Skills
- 5+ years full-stack development experience
- Expert in React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
- 3+ years ML/AI experience in production
- Expert in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP
- Experience with email processing and text analysis
- 4+ years product marketing experience
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Experience with subscription business models
- 3+ years customer success experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
- 3+ years data science experience
- Expert in Python, SQL, and visualization tools
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Statistical modeling and machine learning expertise
