Summary
Regulus Group is a leading air traffic management company founded in 2002, known for its expertise in systems engineering and program management for the Federal Aviation Administration. The Associate Implementation Engineer will perform a variety of engineering tasks for government clients, collaborate on system installations, and contribute to all phases of the systems engineering life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of process and implementation engineering tasks for government clients in the aviation industry
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to install and test the network, hardware, and software components of air traffic and aviation systems
- In addition to implementation responsibilities, be a part of all phases of the systems engineering life cycle including requirements development, design, and test
- Demonstrate competency in development of quality deliverables
- Contribute effectively to working groups as an indispensable team member through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience
- Support the Implementation Lead
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferably mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering
- Five years of relevant experience
- Process engineer or implementation experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication and technical skills
- Ability to take on leadership or advisory roles to help the program achieve deadlines and goals
- Ability to work in a team environment and work with other implementation and systems engineers to bring the system to life
- Ability to travel frequently domestically
- Desire to have a technical background in air traffic and aviation systems
- Master's Degree is desired
