Implementation Specialist, IT

Summary

Rippling provides an integrated platform for managing HR, IT, and Finance systems. The Implementation Specialist, IT will partner with enterprise customers and their IT departments to understand requirements, guide adoption, and train users on Rippling’s IT solutions. The role also manages customer implementations, develops best practices, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve products and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering- You’ll be a go-to resource for our clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for your Rippling colleagues within 60 days
• Be a trusted implementation partner to our clients:
• You’ll need to understand the client’s current technology requirements as it relates to Rippling
• You’ll need to guide the customer to install and adopt Rippling’s IT solutions
• You’ll need to train the customer on Rippling IT products
• You’ll work closely with Implementation and the rest of the Customer Experience organization to ensure the client is set up for success
• Partner with our Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve our process and product
• Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices

Skills

• A passion and curiosity for all things related to IT
• 4+ years of experience managing an IT set-up at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions
• Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management. Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure and Okta
• Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
