Subscription Operations Specialist

Summary

Rise Vision provides digital signage software used by organizations worldwide. The Subscription Operations Specialist supports the Finance team by managing subscription setup, changes, cancellations, invoicing, billing inquiries, reporting improvements, and SaaS metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for subscription management setup, changes and cancellations, and for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoices
• Monitor billing inbox channels, answering customer and internal billing inquiries and resolving any issues
• Partner with the FP&A Manager and team members to improve, automate and simplify existing reporting. Clearly communicate the impact of metrics and results on the business
• Understand the overall business to inform subscription management and reporting process improvements

Skills

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in the related field
• Must have experience working within a SaaS environment
• Must have experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and subscription management systems (e.g., Chargebee)
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Excel
• Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial reporting software)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
