Job description

Summary

RRS Group & Co is a real estate development firm that provides comprehensive enterprise solutions. They are seeking interns for their Quantitative Analytics Development Program to apply analytical techniques to solve business challenges and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Support the development and validation of quantitative models
  • Perform statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Participate in project work related to risk management, forecasting, optimization, or business intelligence
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and project teams

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Related quantitative field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools is preferred
  • Statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Programming experience in Python or R
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus
