Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and transaction-related due diligence

• Support transaction execution, including documentation review and tracking of deal progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support ongoing initiatives
• Deliver a final project or presentation summarizing key learnings and recommendations

Skills

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (required)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, or related disciplines
