Revenue Cycle Specialist

Summary

RxDiet is a healthcare technology company using food-as-medicine solutions to support patient health. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including medical claims, invoices, payments, collections, and revenue recognition while supporting accurate and scalable billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Submitting medical claims to health plans and generating payer invoices
• Generate and send customer invoices based on service agreements or order volume
• Apply incoming payments and monitor AR aging reports
• Follow up on past-due accounts and communicate professionally with clients about outstanding balances
• Support revenue recognition processes and collaborate with BD or operations on billing accuracy
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience submitting medical claims and appealing denials
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset
