Summary
RxDiet is a healthcare technology company focused on using food as medicine through an artificial intelligence platform and medically tailored groceries. The Program Manager will support U.S. operations by managing health plan stakeholders, reporting, member support and onboarding, health coach coordination, escalations, and grocery operations.
Responsibilities
- Primary liaison to the health plans
- Maanging and delivery of reporting
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with our health coaches
- Answering members questions
- Helping members onboard/offboard
- Handling grocery operations
Skills
- 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management)
- 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company
- 3 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Previous experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails
- Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
- Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup is preferred
