Summary
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to assist superintendents with daily duties related to construction projects. The intern will help with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, and safety while gaining practical experience on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety
Skills
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field
- Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree
- Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term
- Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S
- Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings
- Communicate clearly orally and in writing
- Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines and work towards job site efficiency
