Job description
Summary
Netsimco, a Saalex Company, is seeking a Web Application Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of modern business applications. The role covers the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, integrations, and end-user support, using traditional and low-code/no-code technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications using modern development frameworks and technologies
- Create, enhance, and support databases and web-based solutions that meet operational and business requirements
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to automate workflows, improve business processes, and accelerate application delivery
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance concerns, and user-reported defects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions
- Participate in software testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records
- Support application security, data integrity, and software lifecycle management processes
- Provide end-user assistance and technical support for deployed applications
- Work independently and collaboratively within Agile and team-based development environments
- Other duties as assigned or required
Skills
- Minimum of **three (3) years** of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications
- Demonstrated proficiency with: + C# + SQL + .NET Core + JavaScript
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications and relational databases
- Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Experience utilizing low-code/no-code platforms such as: + Microsoft Power Platform + Power Apps + Power Automate + Mendix + OutSystems + Appian + Or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- HS Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience required
- Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship
- Experience with responsive web design principles and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience using source control and development lifecycle tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
- Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and cybersecurity principles
- Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM) processes
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based project execution
