Summary
KBW is working with a global, private equity-backed medical technology company experiencing significant growth and investing in finance technology, data infrastructure, and digital transformation. The company is seeking a Global Finance Systems & Data Governance Analyst to administer finance systems, maintain financial data governance, develop reporting solutions, coordinate cross-functional technology projects, and support digital transformation and future AI adoption for Finance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain global finance systems
- Validate, reconcile, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data
- Maintain finance master data, including chart of accounts, entities, cost centers, products, and organizational structures
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing/UAT, documentation, and user access
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization
- Partner with Finance, IT, Accounting, FP&A, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and external vendors on technology initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by planning, tracking, and managing deliverables
- Provide user support and training
- Support the company's ongoing digital transformation and future adoption of AI for Finance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting finance systems, FP&A, business systems, financial reporting, or data governance
- Experience working with global organizations and cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial systems, data validation, and master data governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
- Mostly remote with occasional meetings in the Boston office -LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience supporting finance systems, FP&A, business systems, financial reporting, or data governance
- Experience working with global organizations and cross-functional teams
