Responsibilities
- The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC)
- This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand, optimize schedules, monitor real-time performance, and support data-driven decision-making
- This position requires the ability to assess real-time conditions, respond quickly to operational disruptions, and analyze trends to reduce risk and improve performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment
- OR current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions
- Staff scheduling experience
