Job description

Summary

Securly is an AI-powered student safety, wellness, and engagement company serving K-12 schools. The Product Marketing Manager will own marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Securly Pass, Flex, and Classroom, translating product capabilities into compelling messaging and driving adoption, pipeline, and revenue. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Creative, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Product marketing strategy for Pass, Flex, and Classroom
  • End-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and releases
  • Differentiated positioning and messaging for school administrators and education leaders
  • Sales enablement that helps Sales and Customer Success communicate value, differentiate Securly, and win
  • Customer insight, win-loss, and competitive intelligence that shape both marketing and product decisions
  • Repeatable launch and enablement processes, built in partnership with Demand Generation

Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • Experience launching software products or meaningful product features
  • A track record of positioning, messaging, and enablement that revenue teams actually use
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Sales
  • Experience using customer research and market insight to influence decisions
  • Ownership: you think like an owner and are energized by bringing meaningful products to market
  • Strategy and execution: you can set direction and also roll up your sleeves to ship it
  • Cross-functional leadership: you drive multiple initiatives and influence without relying on authority
  • Clear writing: you simplify complex ideas into messages people remember
  • Curiosity: you want to understand customers, markets, and competitors
  • AI fluency: you use AI and modern tools to move faster without lowering the bar on judgment and quality
  • Candidates must currently reside in the United States
  • Securly will not sponsor a visa for this role, at the time of hire or in the future, including for candidates on OPT/CPT status
  • EdTech or K-12 experience is helpful but not required
