Marketing & Community Intern

Summary

ShareWell is one of the fastest-growing communities for online support groups, dedicated to making peer support accessible to everyone. They are seeking a Marketing & Community Intern to help amplify their mission through content creation and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, email, blogs, and other marketing channels
• Help tell authentic member stories that highlight ShareWell's impact
• Support social media planning, scheduling, and community engagement
• Assist with marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives
• Write compelling copy for newsletters, social posts, and promotional materials
• Help manage support tickets, responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring members have a positive, supportive experience
• Support community events and engagement initiatives

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient graphic design skills with an eye for detail
• Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content and storytelling
• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
• Passion for startups, marketing, community building, or mental health
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation
• Experience managing a club, student organization, newsletter, or online community
