Summary
SlateRx provides pharmacy benefit programs for employers, unions, public sector groups, health systems, and other payers. The PBM Client Services Coordinator supports the Client Services team with post-sale client activities, including implementations, client inquiries, research, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Forge trusting relationships with client counterparts
- Support Account Managers as the initial point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries from clients, Brokers, third party administrators, or internal team members on behalf of the client
- Maintain an understanding of challenges faced by customers
- Support research activities to help drive resolution for client issues
- Coordinate with internal and external teams as necessary
- Assist with new client implementations
- Research rejected claims
- Contact pharmacies to resolve point-of-sale issues
- Contact members to assist with benefit and claims inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests
- Pull and deliver monthly client reporting
- Support Account Managers in creation and maintenance of process and procedure documents
- Manage day to day aspects of smaller clients with the oversight of the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
- Support Account Managers in gathering of client requirements for annual open enrollment processes, including benefit changes and customized requirements
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- * Knowledge in healthcare, insurance or PBM industry
- * Experience in pharmacy benefit management operational processes
- * Computer and typing proficiency
- * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- * Basic knowledge of common spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (Power Point, Google Slides)
- * Motivated individual who is well-organized and able to work with minimal amount of supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
- Remote with travel to client locations, internal business meetings, and other locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
