Job description
Summary
Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is representing a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Southwest Twin Cities metro looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team. This role involves managing active projects and supporting estimating efforts to increase internal capacity and support continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K–$2M
- Assist with estimating, bidding, and project handoff
- Coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors
- Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders
- Support day-to-day operational and office needs
Skills
- 3–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Electrical background preferred (but not required)
