Summary

South Shore Roofing provides roofing and exterior remodeling services for homeowners. The Project Coordinator manages project scheduling, customer service, vendor communication, technical work-order questions, task assignments, material sourcing, quality and cost audits, and profit reporting for remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Expectation Customer Calls and Questions
• Scheduling All Projects and Repairs for Our Labor Crews and Material Vendors
• Handling Inbound Warranty Calls and Urgent Schedule Changes
• Handling Customer and Crew Calls with Scope of Work Questions [For Work Orders without Assigned Project Managers]
• Same-Day Material Sourcing and Coordination
• Managing Daily Task Assignments for Project Management Team
• (As Needed) Vendor Research, Sourcing, and Negotiation
• Post-Project Audit of Quality & Costs via Photos, Documents, and Crew Invoices
• Profit Analysis Reporting with Data Entry
• Other Tasks Assigned as Required for Company Priorities

Skills

• Industry experience and familiarity with exterior remodeling installation practices, processes, and products is \•required\•
• • Home Improvement Product and Installation Knowledge (Roofing, Siding, Framing, Carpentry, Gutters, Drywall, Painting, Insulation)
• • 75+ WPM minimum typing speed
• • 95th+ percentile computer-use speed and skill – fast, accurate, and fantastic at written communication
• • Your phone call communication is engaging, positive, and warm
• • You are used to handling repetitive tasks and processes at a higher speed than your co-workers
