Associate Account Director - Exhibit Activations- Remote

Summary

Spiro is hiring an Associate Account Director to join its Sales team and deliver best-in-class service in partnership with Creative and Operations. The role focuses on retaining and growing existing accounts by maintaining client relationships, understanding client programs, identifying growth opportunities, and developing plans to pursue them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to define client marketing goals and objectives
• Work with creative teams to develop solutions that meet client goals in keeping with client budget parameters
• Work in partnership with all internal teams to provide exceptional client service and meet/exceed client requirements
• Monitor job costs throughout the project to ensure projected financial plans are being met
• Work with show management, vendors and strategic partners to ensure compliance with rules/regulations, strategic focus and timeliness. Ensure project milestones are established and measurable
• Ensure effective client communications, including documentation, project timelines, progress, and verbal discussions

Skills

• Must be available to work nights, weekends and at show site
• Position requires scheduling flexibility to meet live event commitments, customary to industry standard
• Travel up to 35%
• Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings/environments and shifting responsibilities
• Work will be required in both an office setting as well as a show floor setting
• Show site work is performed in tradeshow/convention venues nationwide
