Summary

The Feature Planning student will create and modify feature assets, synthesize customer research and competitive benchmarking information, and translate consumer insights into innovative customer-facing feature concepts.

- Synthesize feature specific customer research and competitive benchmarking information
Skills
- Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States
- During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday
- During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan
- Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion
- A successful candidate possesses the ability to translate consumer insights into feature concepts with a blend of creative, technical, and program management skills
- A passion for self-guided and in-depth research and reflection is critical in developing a well-rounded knowledge of the market and its opportunities for feature development
