Summary
Stellantis is an automotive company offering a year-round student program with project-oriented assignments and professional development opportunities. The Portfolio Planning Student Program participant will support North America product and business planning by analyzing market, consumer, competitive, and sales data, developing recommendations, and collaborating on future product strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support product planning initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and evaluating strategic scenarios
- Synthesize consumer, competitive, and sales data to identify opportunities in the North American automotive market
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support key business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape future product strategies
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round
- Willingness to relocate, if necessary
- Strong interest in automotive industry
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Creative / resourceful information mining and fact seeking skills

Qualifications
