EPIC Application Analyst [Must have Beaker, Blood Bank & SoftBank]

Summary

STI is seeking an EPIC Application Analyst with expertise in Beaker, Blood Bank, and SoftBank. The role involves building and supporting the soft blood bank system, performing system validation, and managing various tasks related to the soft bank and provider setup.

Responsibilities

• Will handle the build of the soft blood bank system
• Work through system validation which includes heavy testing
• Interfaces for HIE and instruments, including troubleshooting inbound and outbound messages
• Generation of billing files for review of charges
• WorkQueue management
• Soft bank Daily Tasks and Maintenance
• Provide New Providers - Build New Providers in SOFT

Skills

• Must have Beaker, Blood Bank & SoftBank experience
• Experience with complex SCC Soft Build and Support
• Experience with Beaker Build
• Ability to handle the build of the soft blood bank system
• Experience with system validation including heavy testing
• Ability to troubleshoot inbound and outbound messages for HIE and instruments
• Experience with generation of billing files for review of charges
• Experience with WorkQueue management
• Ability to perform Soft bank Daily Tasks and Maintenance
• Experience in building new providers in SOFT
