Job description
Summary
Stukent is an education technology company serving the higher education market. The Associate Portfolio Manager supports educational solutions by analyzing market trends, gathering customer insights, informing product improvements, and collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research and analysis of the higher ed market to identify key trends, gaps, and competitor offerings
- Support the Portfolio Director in gathering feedback from professors to inform product improvements and new solutions
- Analyze data and customer feedback to provide actionable recommendations for the portfolio
- Partner with product development and content teams to ensure offerings meet the needs of the market
- Assist with preparing materials and data to support product-market fit
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies by supporting marketing and sales with relevant information and materials
- Collaborate with product development, customer success, and customer support, to collect feedback and drive product success
- Provides research, data, and insights that support the overall portfolio strategy
Skills
- Foundational knowledge of higher ed curriculum and classroom environments
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams
- Proactive,self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting educators and students
- Experience in education or ed-tech
- Experience in product development
