Early Career Rotational Program- Mechanical Engineering

Summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is offering a two-year Early Career Rotational Program for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates. The program provides hands-on rotations across technical sales, warehouse operations, purchasing, planning and scheduling, and applied engineering, with placement into a full-time engineering or technical sales role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Learn how engineering knowledge is applied in technical sales, from inside support to outside account management
• Rotate through Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning/Scheduling to see how products and solutions move from design to customer delivery
• Collaborate with our Custom Solutions and technical teams to understand system design, fluid system components, and customer applications

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical Engineering or related field**
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
