Job description

Summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering precision medicine. As Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and closure of projects, managing key aspects such as documentation, risk evaluation, and financial tracking to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project
  • Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, RAID logs, and data Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting
  • Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates, document decisions and follow-ups and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to achieve project
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates, and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity
  • Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the Identify schedule risks or slippage and support corrective actions when necessary
  • Support budget tracking, accruals, purchase orders, SOWs, invoice follow-ups, vendor deliverables, and external partner commitments

Skills

  • Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor's or above) in science or life sciences
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3)
  • Entry level of project management experience with multiple small projects or one complex project
  • Expertise in at least at least one pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development)
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools
  • Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience
  • SmartSheet experience preferred
