Summary
The Hershey Company is a snacks company with a portfolio spanning chocolate, confectionery, and salty snacks. The Associate Brand Manager, Lesser Evil supports innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization, using consumer insights, market analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful launches and improve portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Support innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization using the stage-gate process
- Analyze syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and support concept development
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and performance tracking to support innovation recommendations
- Assist with go-to-market planning, including launch materials, sell-in tools, and internal communications
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Shopper Marketing, and agency partners to execute innovation initiatives
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify key learnings, and recommend actions to improve results
- Support portfolio strategies across brands, driving clarity and distinction for each
Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, innovation, or a related field, preferably within consumer packaged goods
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- Exposure to innovation or renovation projects
- Experience with IRI, Nielsen, or Circana data
- Experience with basic financial modeling and cross-functional project leadership
