Summary
The Hershey Company is a snacks company with a portfolio of chocolate, confectionery, and salty snack brands. The Brand Analyst supports the Fulfil Brand through retail analysis, budget and DME management, program coordination, sales communications, social media management, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Business tracking: Analyzing weekly and quarterly retail Circana and Numerator data to assist in understanding key drivers of the business and informing the need for actions to address business opportunities or risks. Assisting with ad hoc retail business analysis on an ongoing basis
- Budget management: Manage team DMEs and work with Marketing Operations partners to effectively plan and manage team budget
- Program implementation and coordination: Support coordinating and implementing brand programs, promotions, and events
- Sales communications: Support the development of sales communication updates with oversight from the marketing team
- Social Media: Manage agency relationship and guide content, partnerships, and approvals
- Administrative support: Support one-off administrative requests (e.g. identifying and sharing brand assets, coordinating calendars with external agencies, product orders)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Skills
- At least 18 months of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus); ability to learn new systems
