Summary
The Plumtree Group Global is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Manager to guide client projects from concept to execution. This role involves collaborating with clients and engineers to turn ambiguous needs into clear plans and AI workflows, while managing multiple client projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clear, professional English communication with U.S. clients
- Define business problems, requirements, and success metrics
- Convert ambiguous ideas into structured project plans and deliverables
- Partner with engineers to develop AI tools and automated workflows
- Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation
- Independently manage multiple client projects and maintain momentum
- Lead project updates, resolve blockers, and provide clear summaries
- Identify and support high-value AI opportunities for clients
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, product operations, digital delivery, technology services, or a related field
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
- Experience managing projects with multiple moving parts
- Experience working with technical, product, or engineering teams (agile methodology strongly preferred)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership
- High curiosity and strong desire to grow in AI and digital transformation
- Strong Working English Communication
- AI Fluency
- Digital or Technical Delivery Experience
