The role manages small to mid-sized migrations from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365, serving as the primary technical contact and coordinating with project, engineering, and client teams.
Responsibilities
- Project Implementation & Client Coordination
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for cloud migration projects from kickoff through completion
- Receive and execute migration tasks defined by Project Managers, engineers, and account teams
- Provide status updates, timeline adjustments, and technical feedback throughout the migration process
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and technical issues and escalate appropriately
