Summary
TLDR is a technology newsletter company building an agent-first operating layer for its internal teams. The Product Manager, Applied AI will triage requests, redesign business processes into agentic products, own internal product roadmaps, and partner on tooling that enables specifications to self-deploy.
Responsibilities
- Triage every incoming request: investigate it down to the underlying problem, shape it into a build-ready spec, and route it
- Redesign today's business processes into their productized, agentic form
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle of internal surfaces like team command centers, including how changes get communicated back to the teams that depend on them
- Partner with our auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling so specs increasingly self-deploy
- Hold the seam with our Strategy & Ops team: they own what a process needs to do today, you own what its agentic version looks like
Skills
- • 3+ years as a product manager
- • Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows: you've shipped something real with LLMs or agents, not sat next to a team that did
- 🌎 Location: We're 100% remote across the US and Canada. Work where you want - our bands are set to tier-1 city rates wherever you live
- • Nice to have: productizing internal processes, running high-volume multi-stakeholder intake, or working close to GTM
