Summary

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will lead the product development lifecycle, collaborate with teams to define requirements, and analyze user data to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends
- Analyze user data and performance metrics to drive product improvements and enhance user experience
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business objectives and customer needs
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation
- Present product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company vision
Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or AI-driven environments
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of product development processes
- Experience working in agile methodologies and familiarity with tools for project management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies
- Experience in the defense, manufacturing, or environmental sectors
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in operational settings
- Strong communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management
Qualifications
