Summary
Tract Capital Management invests in and supports the growth of digital infrastructure enterprises. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple professional and specialized roles, build proactive candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an efficient, well-organized candidate experience. The role also involves sourcing talent, providing market insights, maintaining ATS data, and supporting offers and onboarding transitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-boarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, business context, and decision criteria
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job postings, and external channels as appropriate
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, capabilities, and alignment with role requirements
- Drive timely movement of candidates through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Support offer development, closing activity, and transition to onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and HR
- Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across Tract and Fleet Data Systems
- Provide clear communication on search progress, candidate flow, market feedback, and hiring process next steps
- Help hiring managers stay aligned to structured interview practices, decision timelines, and process expectations
- Escalate risks, bottlenecks, or priority conflicts quickly and constructively
- Develop practical sourcing strategies for assigned roles based on business need, talent availability, and search complexity
- Identify and engage passive talent for harder-to-fill positions where proactive outreach is required
- Share relevant talent market feedback with hiring leaders and TA leadership, including compensation signals, location constraints, and candidate availability
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success managing professional and specialized roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers through the full hiring process
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying only on inbound applicants
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining strong process discipline
- Track record of balancing speed, quality, communication, and follow-through across multiple searches
- Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or multi-brand environments
- Experience recruiting for technical, infrastructure, operations, corporate, or investment-adjacent roles
- Experience supporting hiring during periods of rapid organizational growth or change
- Experience using sourcing tools, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency
- Strong execution orientation and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
- Sound judgment in candidate assessment and stakeholder communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and workflow signals to manage execution
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to operate with flexibility in a growing environment
- This position is a hybrid position (3 days/week) based out of our Denver, CO office, and is also open to fully remote for the right candidate based outside the Denver market
