Job description

Summary

Transformations Care Network is committed to improving accessibility and raising the standard of behavioral healthcare. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the candidate experience and recruitment process for therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across outpatient behavioral health clinics, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily recruit therapists, including post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles
  • Engage with candidates to understand their qualifications, certifications, and career goals in the field of therapy and counseling
  • Utilize cold calling and cold email outreach in addition to other direct sourcing techniques
  • Build a pipeline of talent
  • Advocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle
  • Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions
  • Monitor requisitions and maintain candidate workflows
  • Conduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews
  • Extend and coordinate offers

Skills

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting therapists or healthcare professionals
  • Experience interacting with post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles
  • Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
  • Excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. (preferred)
