Summary
Trinity Health is a healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy operations and project-based initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to pharmacy workflows, data analysis, and process improvement activities that support patient care and clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and administrative support activities under appropriate supervision
- Support data collection, research, and analysis related to pharmacy workflows, medication use processes, or operational initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support pharmacy projects and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and cross-functional teams to support departmental goals and improvement efforts
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and supporting implementation activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient and organizational information in accordance with pharmacy, privacy, and ethical standards
