Buisness Technology Intern

Summary

Trinity Logistics is seeking a Business Technology Intern to provide part-time support to its Technology Team. The role supports project work across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support project assignments as needed across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation teams
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user feedback, and feature research
• Support testing, documentation, and coordination of development tasks
• Assist with tracking project timelines, status reporting, and coordination of special project initiatives
• Support compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making
• Assist with research, testing, and documentation related to AI tools and initiatives
• Assist with identifying, building, and documenting automation solutions to improve process efficiency
• Document resolutions, learnings, and outcomes for future reference
• Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required

Skills

• Must be actively pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree at an accredited college or university
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to learn and support new applications to gain advanced knowledge of company supported applications
• Interpersonal skills to enable collaboration with other team members across departments
• Adaptability and willingness to support varied project work across different Technology functions as assigned
