Job description

Summary

Twintual is a company focused on delivering intelligent messaging solutions. They are hiring a junior engineer who will work closely with senior engineers to build and fix features, write code, and participate in code reviews from the start.

Responsibilities

  • Build and fix features across FlutterFlow (mobile) and Next.js (web)
  • Write Supabase edge functions and SQL queries
  • Help integrate new communication channels under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Write tests. Fix flaky ones. Investigate bug reports from real users
  • Participate in code reviews, both getting and giving feedback
  • Document what you learn so the next hire has it easier than you did

Skills

  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Internships, side projects, and open source all count
  • You can read and write JavaScript or TypeScript without being scared of it
  • You have built something and put it in front of real users, even if that was a university project or a personal app
  • You understand the basics of databases, REST APIs, and Git
  • You learn fast. When you do not know something, you figure it out and ask smart questions
  • You do not need to be told the same thing twice
  • Exposure to FlutterFlow, Supabase, Vercel, or Google Cloud
  • Any experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • A GitHub profile with code we can actually look at
  • Comfort working in English in a remote, async team
