Talent Acquisition Partner, Clinical (W2, Temporary)

Summary

Two Chairs is building a mental health system focused on exceptional clinician experiences, client outcomes, innovation, and access to quality care. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruiting for licensed mental health therapists, partner with clinical leadership, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and improve hiring strategies during company growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with our values
• Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand
• Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes

Skills

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
• Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions
