Job description
Summary
URTech Computers is an IT solutions provider specializing in custom software development, digital transformation, and scalable enterprise architecture. The KPO & Operations Research Intern will conduct market and industry research, validate operational datasets, monitor SLA ticketing workflows, and support the development of operational procedures under mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured industry research and synthesize operational data
- Audit data entries against strict quality benchmarks
- Monitor SLA queue metrics and helpdesk ticketing workflows in Zendesk
Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, CS/IT, or related fields
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
