Summary

They are seeking a Software Configuration Management Analyst to administer SCM tools and processes, support software builds, and advise project teams on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer SCM tools, processes and services
• Adhere to SCM processes, policies and procedures
• Perform Software Builds to support of development projects
• Release software to target environments based on project schedules
• Advise project teams on SCM best practices
• Troubleshoot problematic builds by working with development teams
• Create SCM plans with project teams to include branch/merge strategies
• Research and deploy updates to SCM systems in support of team needs
• Proactively engage project teams to perform server configuration analysis
• Develop scripts for server configurations as code under version control
• Analyze Applications Servers and advise teams regarding configuration drift

• DevOps practices to include coordination of technical needs between SCM, Technical Services, Security and networking teams (One year of experience desired)
